Returns & Exchanges
At GlowRight, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
After reviewing your request, if the product is confirmed to be defective and covered under our warranty policy, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for:
- Incorrectly ordered products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer error
- Products returned without prior approval
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at glowrightlight@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions and the return warehouse address.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We proudly offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- The product must include original packaging
- The item must show no excessive wear or misuse
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
GlowRight is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is submitted, customers should contact the carrier or the current recipient directly to attempt package recovery.
Orders successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at glowrightlight@gmail.com.
Orders canceled within 2 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing or shipped. In such cases, the order cannot be canceled, and customers must wait for delivery before requesting a return according to our return policy.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking confirmation.
Delivered Packages
If tracking information provided by the shipping carrier confirms that the package was delivered, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.
GlowRight is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Packages accepted by third parties
- Unsecured delivery locations
- Porch piracy or theft after confirmed delivery
We highly recommend selecting a secure delivery address and monitoring tracking updates carefully.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they are best equipped to investigate delivery-related claims.
