3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Tracked Shipping: Free
  • Insured Tracked Shipping (Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Protection): US $1.99
  • Expedited Tracked Shipping: US $19.99

4. Important Shipping Information

Currently, we are unable to offer guaranteed delivery services to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Balearic Islands

While we aim to deliver orders to these locations within 2 weeks, shipping times may be significantly longer depending on carrier availability and local logistics conditions.

For some international regions, shipping and local delivery services may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, transportation disruptions, or local carrier limitations.

GlowRight is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you.

For customers who selected insured shipping protection, eligible claims involving lost or damaged packages during transit may qualify for replacement assistance.
